Common questions
How does blind matching actually work?
Workers apply to jobs without revealing their identity, and companies never see applicant names, contact details, or documents. Our admin team reviews each application and, when it's a genuine fit, links the worker to the company — that's the moment both sides see each other for the first time.
Is it free to create a profile and apply?
Yes. There's no fee to register as a worker, build your profile, upload documents, or apply to jobs.
How are companies verified before they can post jobs?
Every company account is reviewed by our admin team — business details are checked before verification, and a company can't publish a single job post until it's verified.
What happens right after I'm linked?
Once an admin links a worker to a company, both sides get full access to each other's profile and shared documents. From there, the admin team can assign follow-up tasks — like requesting an additional document — that show up directly on each dashboard.
Can I apply to more than one job at a time?
Yes — apply to as many open roles as you like. Every application is tracked separately under "My applications", with its own status.
