Refund Policy

Under Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection (Article 42), you have fourteen (14) days from the date of payment to withdraw from a distance contract made on JobsKosova and get a full refund, as long as we haven't yet started delivering what you paid for.

To use this right, contact us within 14 days of your payment. If your request qualifies, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it, as required by Article 46 of the same law.

Kosovo consumer law also sets an exception to this right (Article 49 of Law No. 06/L-034): once a service has been fully performed, or we've started supplying digital content, with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right to withdraw — exactly what you confirm when you tick the payment agreement box before paying — the fee is no longer refundable.

In practice, a payment on JobsKosova becomes non-refundable from the moment: a paid plan or pass (Premium, Premium Pro, the Albanian Course, CV database access) is activated; a consultation, document review or skills test has taken place; we've started work on a service you ordered, such as form filling, document translation, a background check, housing search, Soft Landing or family reunification advice; or we've booked or paid for something on your behalf, such as a flight ticket or an insurance policy.

Because most of what we sell is delivered instantly or is consulting time reserved specifically for you, this applies to nearly every purchase as soon as it's activated — which is why the checkout page tells you this before you pay.

No paid package or service on JobsKosova guarantees that you will be hired, that the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (APRK) will issue a work permit, or that a visa will be approved — those decisions belong solely to employers and the relevant authorities.

Because the service you paid for — digital tools, document review, consulting time, or arranging a booking — was delivered regardless of the outcome, a refund isn't available if an employer decides not to hire you, or a permit or visa application is refused.

Flight tickets are booked through our licensed travel agency partner, and travel or health insurance is issued by a licensed insurer; we only charge our own service fee on top of their price. Once a ticket is issued or a policy starts, our service fee is non-refundable.

Any refund of the ticket or policy price itself is governed by the airline's or insurer's own conditions, not by JobsKosova — we'll help you contact them, but we don't control their refund decisions.

The same 14-day right and the same exception apply to payments made by companies. A job posting fee, CV database access, placement fee or work permit processing fee is refundable within 14 days of payment, as long as we haven't started acting on it.

It becomes non-refundable once the job post goes live, CV database access is granted, a hire is confirmed, or we begin processing the work permit application.

Contact us with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and reply within a few business days.

If a refund is approved, we process it back to the payment method you used, through Paysera. Card refunds are typically visible on your statement within 14 days, depending on your bank.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, in particular Law No. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection, and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make an important change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
