Terms of Service

These Terms apply to everyone who uses JobsKosova, both workers and companies. By creating an account you agree to them. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
The short version
- Registering, building a profile, searching and applying for jobs is free, always.
- Paid packages cover digital tools and consulting only. They are optional.
- No payment guarantees a job, a work permit or a visa. Those decisions belong to employers and the Kosovo authorities.
1.Our service
JobsKosova is a digital platform that connects international job seekers with employers in Kosovo. We review applications and help both sides through the recruitment and relocation process.
We operate in line with the Kosovo Labour Law (No. 03/L-212) and the standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO), including Convention No. 181 on Private Employment Agencies.
2.Free for job seekers
Registering, creating a basic profile and CV, browsing job openings and applying for jobs on JobsKosova is 100% free of charge.
We never charge workers a fee for finding them a job, never take a commission from their salary, and never make an application depend on a payment.
3.Optional paid services
We offer optional paid packages for workers, such as Premium Pro and Premium Pro + Consultation, and separate services such as filling in application forms, translating documents, arranging travel insurance or booking flight tickets, background checks, online skills tests, housing help, the Soft Landing arrival package and family reunification advice.
Flight tickets are booked through our licensed travel agency partner, and travel insurance is issued by a licensed insurance company. For these, we act as an intermediary: you pay the provider's price plus our service fee, shown separately before you pay, and the airline's or insurer's own conditions apply to the ticket or policy.
Fees for these services are strictly for the use of digital tools, profile marketing, document review and consulting time. They are not job placement fees. You can always use the free path instead, for example by filling in visa forms yourself.
4.Relocation financing
If a worker asks, we can refer them free of charge to a licensed partner lender to cover relocation costs such as a flight ticket, insurance or the first rent.
We do not lend money, collect repayments or take any commission from the loan, and we never deduct anything from a worker's salary. Any loan is a contract between the worker and the lender, on the lender's terms.
5.No guarantee of employment or visa
Payments made on this platform do not guarantee job placement, an employment contract, a work permit or visa approval.
The hiring decision rests solely with the employer in Kosovo. Work permits are issued by the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (APRK), and visas by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the embassies of the Republic of Kosovo, at their sole discretion.
6.Refunds
Because digital tools are delivered instantly and consulting time is reserved for you, fees for paid packages are non-refundable once digital access has been granted or a consultation has taken place.
This also applies if an employer does not hire you or if an authority refuses a work permit or visa.
7.Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform as a worker.
The information and documents you provide must be true, complete and your own. If you choose to fill in official forms yourself, you are responsible for any mistakes in them.
Accounts that provide false information or documents may be suspended.
8.Companies
Companies pay for recruitment services such as job postings, access to candidates and help with work permits. The costs of recruitment are carried by the employer, not the worker.
Companies must follow Kosovo labour law, including: a written employment contract signed before work begins, at least the statutory minimum wage, a probation period of no more than six months, and no discrimination in job ads, interviews or selection based on gender, race, age, marital status, language, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, or disability.
9.Personal data
We collect and process your profile, CV and documents only to provide our services, in line with the Kosovo Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
Your identity is shared with an employer only after our team confirms a match.
10.Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, ask you to accept them again.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
